Spring Maintenance Tips!

We’re looking forward to green grass, budding trees, and the sound of birds in the air.

Don’t forget to look at a few maintenance items this spring around the house.

1. Replace furnace filter.
2. Have a HVAC professional clean and service your air conditioner unit.
3. Clean gutters of debris build-up.
4. Make sure downspouts drain away from the foundation.
5. Trim tree branches hanging near home.
6. Change batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
7. Get any gardening supplies ready.

Also check with your insurance agent for coverage on your recreational vehicles. (ATV’s, motorcycles, boats, campers, RV’s, etc.)
