GOOD SERVICE

Most people appreciate good service wherever they are. I try to be patient when waiting for information or results from companies or customer service people.

In a faster and more technological world, online information is helpful, but I still appreciate follow-up and service from a person to confirm my goals.

Questions to ask yourself about your current insurance company…………

-Are you getting quick responses?

-Are changes easy to make on your policy?

-Do you get regular contacts from your agent or offers of reviews?

-Is the service friendly?

-Is your agent or office accessible?

 

If you answered “No” to any of these, perhaps you should look at another option!???!
